Dispatch Time

Orders confirmed before 3 PM are dispatched the same day.

Orders confirmed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

Domestic Orders (Pakistan): 3 to 6 business days.

International Orders: 7 to 15 business days (time may vary based on location and customs processing).

Pakistan: PKR 200 nationwide.

Free shipping for orders above PKR 1999 (Pakistan only).

International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. The customer is responsible for international shipping and handling costs.

Tracking Your Order

Order Cancellation

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Exchange Policy
